Air Conditioning in the entire villa

Daily refresher housekeeping on customer request. Gardening and pool cleaning will be offered 3 times a week (no housekeeping and pool cleaning services will be offered Sundays or national holidays).  Cameras along the perimeter of the property but NOT of the Pool area. All unregistered guests will be charged $30 per person per night, not to exceed max occupancy of 8 guests. Music shall never exceed 60 decibels, no loud music past 10pm, fines may be assessed by the complex of $100 per occurrence.

Guests are provided a 48 hour free cancellation grace period, as long as the cancellation happens at least 14 days before check-in. Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund of the total reservation. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation. Bookings canceled 14 - 30 days before the check-in date, are eligible to receive a 50% credit of the total reservation. Bookings canceled less than 14 days before the check-in date will not be refunded. Execeptions apply: 1) If the borders of the Dominican Republic are closed via air; the stay will be eligible for a full refund. 2) If the guest or someone in the traveling party is infected with COVID and provides corresponding evidence (proof of transport and positive COVID test from a government authorized health facility) within 5 days of arrival, the stay will be eligible for 100% credit of the total reservation valid for up to 6 months to be used at the same property.

We collect/authorize an amount of $200 USD a day before check-in. This amount is refunded within 48hs after check-out date and we reserve ourselves the right to use this funds in case of any damage to the property.

- Guests are allowed but they are 100% YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. - Please do not make excessive noise when outside that can bother our neighbors. - No smoking in the house. If you smoke use the balconies. - Please turn off the AC's when leaving the house. - If you have kids the house is NOT child-proof. Please keep an eye on them. - You cannot lose the keys or remotes. - At no time can the amount of people in the house be above the max number of guest indicated in the listing without explicit WRITTEN consent from one of the hosts. If you think you will have more than the max amount of people in the house, please ask beforehand. - Enjoy yourself and don't break anything.
