The Space

The layout of the 4 bedrooms is as follows.

Master bedroom has the largest King size bed we could find, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower room and a 2 person Jacuzzi. Includes AC, Wi-Fi Enabled Smart bulb, sun blocking blackout blinds, and a huge walk-in closet.

(*** FYI: We just added the 2nd king bed this month and changed the layout of the bedrooms. Photo’s will be updated soon but in the meanwhile the layout for the bedrooms is as follows***).

Of the other 3 bedrooms 1 has a king sized bed, 1 has a queen sized bed and the other bedroom has 2 full-sized beds. All the rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. All of the rooms have air conditioning and Wi-Fi Enabled Smart bulbs.

The living room on the first floor is setup with a 121″ projector and the upstairs living room is setup with a 40″ Roku Smart TV. The apartment also has an 8′ slate Pool Table.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, Mi Casa, Su Casa. You are allowed to have guests but their actions are your responsibility and under no circumstances can the apartment have more than 8 people at any given time.

Interaction with Guests

I most likely will not be around but there is a live-in maid that has her quarters out back. That room is not within the apartment and has a separate entrance. Guests will have complete privacy. Cleaning is included semi-regularly unless otherwise requested. Additional services like catering, laundry, cooking, or general assistance can be arranged for an additional fee. The Neighborhood

The apartment is located right off Autopista Duarte, which is one of the major highways in Santiago. If you will be driving most major attractions will be less than a 10-minute drive. The new autopista is about 4-5 minutes away which cuts down on the drivetime to Puerto Plata.

Getting Around

Because this is a major roadway the public transportation (carritos) runs regularly. If you are driving an assigned covered parking spot is included.

Other Things to Note

– This listing is one of only a few listings in Santiago that have air conditioning in every bedroom.
– INTERNET!!!! We have the fastest connection available in the area (100Mbps) and 6 Wi-Fi access points to provide a strong Wi-Fi signal to every corner of the apartment.
– Another unique feature of this apartment is all of the rooms in the house have Wi-Fi Enabled Color Changing LED Smart Bulbs that can be controlled from your smart phone. You can dim and brighten the lights, change the colors to ‘set the mood’, set a timer for the bulbs to dim and shut off, sync them with an alarm to wake you up, put them in random mode for a party vibe, turn all or some of the bulbs on/off without having to get up, the list goes on!!! You don’t realize how great they are until you use them!!!!

Guests are provided a 48 hour free cancellation grace period, as long as the cancellation happens at least 14 days before check-in. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Booking cancelled within 30 - 14 days will receive a 50% credit. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days before the start of the stay will not be refunded.

We collect/authorize an amount of $200 USD a day before check-in. This amount is refunded within 48hs after check-out date and we reserve ourselves the right to use this funds in case of any damage to the property.

- Guests are allowed but they are 100% YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. - Please do not make excessive noise when outside that can bother our neighbors. - No smoking in the house. If you smoke use the balconies. - Please turn off the AC's when leaving the house. - If you have kids the house is NOT child-proof. Please keep an eye on them. - You cannot lose the keys or remotes. - At no time can the amount of people in the house be above the max number of guest indicated in the listing without explicit WRITTEN consent from one of the hosts. If you think you will have more than the max amount of people in the house, please ask beforehand. - Enjoy yourself and don't break anything.
